Edward A. Pane, MBA, CAC Diplomate

President and Chief Executive Officer

The Agency is under the direction of Edward A. Pane, MBA, CAC Diplomate. He has been recognized by the Pennsylvania Certification Board as one of the longest certified professionals in Pennsylvania. He has served on community and business boards of directors. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Certification Board. He is also a former member of the Hazleton Area School Board, and the Board of the Hazleton Public Library.

Mr. Pane is a member of the Pennsylvania Certification Board and is on the faculty of The University of Scranton and Marywood University. He is a member of the consulting staff of Greater Hazleton Health Alliance and Hazleton General Hospital. He Chairs the Treatment Sub Committee of the Luzerne County Drug and Alcohol Study Commission.

Mr. Pane has published on a variety of topics and conducted both regional and statewide workshops on addictions related topics. He has over 30 years experience in the social service field.

Maryann G. Feno, LPC, CAC Diplomate, CCS

Vice President & Clinical Director

Clinical Services are under the direction of Maryann G Feno, LPC, CAC, and Corporate Vice President. She holds a Master's Degree in Counseling from the University of Scranton. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) through the Pennsylvania Department of State. Ms. Feno is recognized by the Pennsylvania Certification Board as a Clinical Casework Supervisor and a Certified Addictions Counselor at the Diplomate level, the highest level attainable.
